My story
Over the years, I have worked with businesses and customers across different markets and have seen how much time can be lost to repetitive processes, fragmented information and inconsistent follow-up.
GINOUE grew from my interest in finding practical ways to solve these everyday business problems using AI, automation and digital tools.
My approach is straightforward: understand the business need first, then use technology where it genuinely makes the process simpler, faster or more effective
I’m Geri Inoue, a Singaporean based in Japan with a background in sales, business development, real estate and e-commerce.

Originally from Singapore and now based in Japan, I bring an international perspective shaped by working across different businesses, markets and cultures.
Today, I am particularly interested in how smaller businesses can make practical use of AI and automation without the cost and complexity normally associated with large enterprise systems.
